I have a friend here that has a large store credit in the neostore (the one who sold that shitload of Dodgeball kits Shawn made big money selling them) and is trying to contact Shawn to use a part of that credit to buy a Neowave, and no response.
This is not the first time this happens to him, he even asked to have the remaining of his store credit transferred to paypal (he was tired of having to wait several time for each order), but Shawn said no (and he never had got any cash before, all the money was transferred to credit store at the beginning).
It totally sucks for this Rogerkorn too. I mean, this purchase could be an inversion for his arcade, so all this time he doesn't get it he is losing money. Shawn should compensate him accordingly. I mean, it's not somebody who just can't play his game for a while so a few freebies may satisfy him.
Hello everyone the past 15 december 2004 I made a purchase at Neostore.com and don't arrived. NeoStore have taken the money since the first day of transaction. The past sunday 9th january 2005 I received an email from Shawn telling that he had missed my e-mail and that my tracking number it's gonna be ready shortly and today friday 21th I get nothing. No answer, no game, no tracking number and no money back. I sent a fax past thursday 18th and nothing. I want to know whats going on, please. I´m going to post a message everyday until my game stay in my hands or until I receive a response about what is the problem. If I receive my game I will post a picture with my game and me. I hope don't banned me. If some day I fail to post my message It means that I was banned.
