I had one purchase slip through the cracks once, but after I e-mailed Shawn about it (when I got my CC bill as proof that I had paid, 3 weeks later), he apologized for the mistake and sent the kit out the same day via EMS (free shipping upgrade, nice gesture at least).
Point is, Shawn will make it right. Just a little more patience.
