Shawn will get your order to you, try not to worry. I had one purchase slip through the cracks once, but after I e-mailed Shawn about it (when I got my CC bill as proof that I had paid, 3 weeks later), he apologized for the mistake and sent the kit out the same day via EMS (free shipping upgrade, nice gesture at least).

Point is, Shawn will make it right. Just a little more patience.

Seems like there are alot of complaints about the NeoStore? Especially among new members, or foreign members.

I have been seeing post from this guy for a little while now. I have been kinda following this thing a little. I have also seen many other members wondering why there is no reply to their e-mails. The only replies they get from other members are "do not worry Shawn will make it right" or some smart ass comments. Last night i saw a couple of threads in the Suggestions forum from Rogerkorn. In one of those threads he replied that he bought an Atomiswave with KOF Neowave ($865) with $45 shipping. If anybody else had this problem they would be just as concerned and would not appreciate stupid smart ass comments.

I know people here have had great experiences with the Neo Store (including myself) but this seems ridiculous. Shawn may make it right but it sure is not helping this guy now.
