problem with the neostore

i have been sending numerous emails to the neostore this week and a few last week and have gotten ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE :(
i was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them lately? :annoyed:
my emails are regarding trying to make a purchase. :envy:
you would think they (shawn) would want to sell his merchandise, SO WHY NO RESPONSE??? :very_ang: :blow_top:

Someone else is also having a problem with shawn not sending out product or replying to emails. I don't know whats going on.

I did not have any problems with the Neo-Store up until November of 2004. E-mails were late and orders took 2 weeks to fulfill. It may take days or weeks but don't worry about it, your order/s will come thru. Often times, when Shawn is late he gives freebies to compensate for the delay.

Questions regarding orders are answered within 2-3 weeks now compared to 24 hours to a max of 3 days.

I don't really know but maybe Shawn is very busy right now. I sent an E-mail regarding a purchase last January 7 and up to now I've yet to get a reply but that's fine with me.

Just be patient.

I'm also waiting for a responce from him. It's cerning a defected game that he send to me. :crying:

I have never had any problems with Shawn at all. I have bought many carts from the NeoStore. As a matter of a fact I just bought one on the last day of the one week sale, and within 24 hours I had received an email telling me it was shipped. I received it 3 days later. Everything I have ever ordered from the NeoStore has always arrived to me within 3 days.

Yes.. i have had that problem myself in the past :confused: , but give the guy a break there's only a couple or so people.. having to sort everything out!!..
My only gripe has been times when i have wanted to put titles on hold & pay the required amount to do so.... they NEVER answer!!... but if you are spending $500 dollars or so?? service is second to none :tickled:

I guess I'm not the only one. I've sent a few emails as well, and have not heard anything yet. This could be good news if they are behind.

I ordered games right up to Christmas and they were shipped out right away. Maybe he is taking a break right now.

Neo store has given me great service.

Late Dec/early Jan I ordered a NGPC case and then a week or so later a copy of puyo pop. Both items were shipped and arrived Super fast. Must be some kind of temp problem.

Can't say i've never had problems either.
From all my years of buying from the "Neo-Store" have been prefect :buttrock:
