IF my neo CD is ever u repairable, can I tranfser my memory ram to another Neo CD

As my ram is full of saves and all the best games as I have evey CD game and nearly every CD is saved well most as the ram couldn't handle all 96 or whatever.
So if my neo is unrepairable, can someone transfer and save my neo as to me, that is the most important thing in my Neo CD. Thanks in advance for the answers

There doesnt seem to be anything wrong with his cd he wants to know just incase. I dont see any reason why not although it could be tricky

I just like some professional opinions like the guy above me gave his opinion and thats all I want OR a def answer
