MVS 4 slot board - I need a supergun

Hi,

I just bought a MVS 4 slot board.

I've already got a couple of MVS games , because I have a AES system, with a phantom converter.

I would like to know what kind of commercial supergun I should buy, or is it better to do it by myself ?

My specifications for this supergun are simple :
- a quality video output (I live in France, so the standard is PAL);
- a power supply powered enough for this 4 slot MVS board.

is it Metal or plastic? I am guessing metal.
