why would we want to get up from the computer and turn on the TV when we can find it on this site

Sometime back G4 (aka TechTV) featured SNK in one of their shows called "ICONS". I guess its on again.............

Its not very good. It just shows how much more powerful the hardware was in 1993 than the MD and the SNES, how collectible the games have become. It just brushes the surface.

You can't fit the entire legacy of SNK in a 30 minute show.

They did what they could and did a pretty good job imo

I thought they did a pretty decent coverage, although they were really skimpy with the coverage of the Neo Geo. Considering its importance in the arcades, they really should've given it more space on the show. Anyway, it was still a pretty decent one, as far as G4 shows go.

I recordered it on a tape when it aired the first time. (::cough:: loser) I thought they bashed on the CD a little too hard at the part they were showing the load bar. That was a loading screen for when the game (whatever one it was) was initially loading, and that's not really fair, since many of the games have a long initial load time. The load times in the game itself aren't that bad.
