Probably should add that I've shot 300 three times and one 299.

I just went for the first time in over 10 years a couple of weeks ago. I bowled a 170, which is almost as high as my best when I was 17, which was 179. I was pretty satisfied with that score. Not terrible for someone who never bowls and uses a house ball.

I went like a month ago for the first time in about 3 years and had a similar experience I used to be a low-mid 200's bowler in HS. I was just happy to get a 190 lol.

Several people in the League I belong to throw 300's like nothing.
Then sometimes they really suck...

245 for me..

I got better last time, about 120ish.

Still sucks, but its better than the 40 I did my first time out.
