The money loaning sharks have a nice little hussle they're running on me now.

They sent me my bill today for my Jan. payment. It's due on the 11th, I got the bill on the 10th. This is the 2nd strait month I've recieved the bill in the mail literaly the day before it's due. I got hit with a late fee on this month's statement over that shit last month.

After arguing with them today about this situation, here's what I was told .....

The account type I have with them does not allow the payment to be made via online or phone. Bill must be mailed in.

It's basicaly, "my problem" ( actual line I was told ) if the bill gets to me so late there's no way for me to mail it off in time where it's not late.

Since I can't pay online nor the phone, I can not make the payment early in any way, so I'm fucked into a late fee every month as long as they keep doing this. Not to mention it's screwing my credit up.

My lawyer has already been notified and is looking into this for me.

Lesson to be learned....don't borrow money from loan sharks.

I wouldn't call them true loansharks. Hell, Wells Fargo is one of the largest companies in this business. The loan was a credit line I had set up at an oral surgeon ( the dental plan of my insurance is a joke ). I used them once before for my car loan, never had a single problem with them then.

Couldnt you just send a payment for now on before you get your billing statment? Just be sure you include your account number on your check/money order.

I mentioned that idea to them while talking to them. I was told no. That the portion of my billing statement you mail back in must be included with the payment for it to count towards that month.

Said I can mail in a payment anytime I'd like. It would remove the amount from my total debt, but it would not have any bearing towards the next payment billing.
