As far as childhood nostalgia I was always a huge fan of Bazooka Gum.

The comic books inside the wrapper were kind of meh, but it will always remain a classic as it's pretty damn good gum.

Indeed.
The gum had a tendency to be as hard as a rock sometimes, but the flavor...you just can't duplicate the flavor of a nice chunk of Bazooka bubble gum! :)

That site is pretty cool. It even has the old power glove commercial. I love how the guy is playing Punch-Out with it. :lol:

I have a V-Force about three feet away from me as we speak. That thing was even more fucking useless than the Power Glove. I'm glad Nintendo cut down on the amount of "novelty" bullshit controllers they release that don't actually work as the marketing claims of some of those devices would get their asses sued today.

Yeah, it was horrible. But, you have to give them credit for consistency. You could buy 2 packs open one and chew the gum, save the the other open it ten years later and it would taste and be as hard as the brand new piece.

Hahaha, yeah I can see that.

It mainly struck me as them trying to push chewin' tabacco on kids, making them think it was cool. Maybe some of you chew tabacco and that's your choice, but I personally find it disgusting :angry:
