does that really exists ?? can anyone confirm this and theres no pics to show the action of the prequel to nam 1975 to see if anything is different etc thanks !

Nah it's just a mislabeling of his auction and since his pic is taken of the bottom you can't see the label, but there is no such thing

I have a cart w/ that same label! I got it from MD game sales. I thought it might be a boot since it had a label like that and it was a little bigger than normal MVS carts. oh_no

MD games often changes (or CHANGED) the cases on their carts and replaced the stickers if the originals were too beat up.

No they didn't. Cosmico does that. They swap the Japanese labels for those horrid English printouts. MD does a lot of business with Cosmico, hence the labels... Sometimes it is funny to laugh at the ENGRISH labels, but I have to say it is a pain in the ass, since the first thing I do when I get one of those is print a nice replacement... sigh,
