'Neck blood' was a much more obscure reference, and one in it's infancy.
Galfordo killed it before it ever got a chance to get big, like when MC Hammer blurted out 'Proper!' in that KFC commercial when he was large from You Can't Touch This.

Teh cawk is just normal speech, not even overuse from Galfordo could kill it.
