No, Bill Pullman is just fine.

But, Fred Madison is pretty fucked (in the head.)

#1> Sorry if I confused you ppl, no Pullman is not dead. I'm glad he's not either I've always thought he is a good actor. *I was just feeling a bit loopy last night and decided to make a pun on LOST HIGHWAY. Average Joe got the joke it seems.

#2> Nope the movie isn't The Yakuza with Mitchum & Takakura Ken either.

#3> The film is a slow moving {in fact the picture is from one of the few actions scenes in the entire film} Ninkyo Yakuza Eiga {Chivalry Yakuza Film} made in 1963 by cult director Sejun Suzuki called Kanto Wanderer The guy in the pic is actor Akira Kobyashi playing Katsuta, a Bakuto/Gambler Yakuza amongst a dying clan.

One of the best movies known to man.

My guess as to Merc's favorite character in the movie: Mr. Eddie.

Tell me I'm wrong.

David Lynch's total mind-fuck of a movie, Lost Highway.

It could be worse ... it could be Mullholand Drive. The masturbation scene was definitely the high point, which is pretty sad.

Actually, I love both films and a good portion of the other work Lynch has done.

Batshit crazy television and films are among my favorite type of viewing material, so Lynch's style is right up my alley.

I generally like Lynch, and really like most of his older stuff - like Twin Peaks, Wild at Heart, Blue Velvet, Elephant Man, and Eraserhead (now that's some whacked-out shit! :kekeke: ), but I just felt like in his the last couple of films, particularly Mullholand Drive, that he was just trying to see how much ridiculous shit that the audience would assume was "profound" and that they just weren't getting it.

Maybe I'm just getting old ... :help:

You are not wrong my friend, you are not wrong. How'd you guess? Mr. Eddy fuckin' ruled man, though I can say I share some mindfuck problems {at times anyhow} with the Fred Madison character. I too like to remember things as I remember them, not neccessarily as they happened.
