Printer is fucked help me

I wanna print out some tabs, and my printer says i have no ink, I put a ink cart in and the thing starts printing(you can see the ink going to to right) but no ink will come out. I go back to setting and it says no ink cart is found. This is fuckin annoying


Any help

have you pulled the little tab/seal thing off?

Have you tried replacing the cartridge?

Check the cartridge carriage for dirt/dust/whatever. Check that the cartridge has ink showing at the bottom, otherwise it's likely clogged somewhere.

I hate inkjet printers, that's why I bought a laser jet and never looked back

sure I can't print in color, but I rarely have ink problems, nor do I have to buy a new cartridge every month, on top of that I it lasts like 10x more than an inkjet

consider upgrading, unless you're a whore for color or resolution

Sorry..but the 1st thing that came to mind when i read the title to this thread is: "You shoulda used a condom!". I been readin' too much dinkin's lately. Probably doesn't help i just read more of the "Dating Asians Only" thread. :help:

If i put it in the color slot it prints the letter 3 times such as A is over A is over A. Then it says no ink is found

Hmm...

Delete the printer from your system (I'm assuming it's a Windows PC).

Download the latest driver from wherever (manufacturer's website). Reinstall the printer, but point it to your new driver.

See if that fixes the problem.

Also, if you know how to do a printer test page (not a printer test page, but a test page directly from the printer with nothing being sent via the PC) see if it prints that OK.
