Would you please help this guy out, he wants to know if his order at the neostore has been shipped.

HELP THIS GUY

He comes in chat every fekkin night asking for Shawn and everybody just rips the piss out of the poor pathetic guy.

So asap please let him know the score so we can actually chat in chat....if that makes sense.

Shawn may have slowed down in-terms of reply time but nothing to worry about. He is an upstanding guy and I'm sure he would get back to you as soon as possible. I had a number of transactions with the Neo-Store and sometimes it does take time to get a reply but all deals went thru. So just relax everything will be ok. ;)

I got the order I placed week ago, yesterday.

Every transaction I've done with Shawn has been flawless.

I dont think he is mocking the service.........yet.

But its pointless everyone saying what great transactions we've had with the neostore, he just wont listen.

I've tried to explain to RogerKorn that its been xmas and new year holidays and that means parcel companys didnt do shit for like 3 weeks.....but he still comes in chat every night and he repeats the same old stuff.

I think me and a bunch of other guys would be happy if he just got some parcel tracking details and or if they have been dispatched/status.

If you read his thread he mentions that he has emailed him numberous times, and even used his ICQ which he never got a reply.

So where the fuck is the customer service now then?

Did he say what he ordered? I hope he gets his item/s(I know he will but I think the neo-store should at the very least give a notice).
