lol, a local family fun zone here is selling some of their old machines, a galaga 94 machine, only 850 dollars! also a ms pacman machine for 750, but some yuppy parent will probably buy this for their kid, it's a rich area. machines are clean, but still...

for 4 grand, shit, i could buy a fucking 40 inch naomi cab with final tuned and still have money left over.

Galaga 94 or 84? Those are too bad of pirces if they are original dedicated cabs in very good shape, maybe a little high but as you said some yuppy will buy them.

For upwards of 4k I wouldn't even think about that cocktail table. I'd buy a room full of candy cabs ;)

Damn, that Galaga/Ms. Pac cab would be a dream to own.
It's really something to see an old game like that on a blazing fresh RGB monitor.
The colors just pop and shine, and this old arcade vet's heart glows.

Yeah, that was hella faggot, but that's how I feel about that sorta thing.

Too much. Those games didn't cost that much from the distributors when they first came out :oh_no:

Also the infamous "Galaga" trick won't work on that version

I own the Galaga/Ms. Pac upright, purchased brand new from a distributor. I don't recall the exact price but it was more than $1k less than that, give or take a few bucks... Proudly sitting next to my 2 MVS cabs.

And that was delivered, set up. You can also play the original Pac-Man too! :buttrock:

The Reunion cocktail cabinet is a 25" thing of beauty, though the original Galaga and Ms. Pac Man cts were 19" and very nice. If you can find the originals you can pay about $1000 max for an excellent condition table...even less for a decent one. The advantage to the Reunion version besides the larger monitor...it's JAMMA compatible ;)
