A cool character with the powers of geese and krauser plus his own style. Anyone know the story behind this guy?

Rugal Bernstein is an awesome character. He was a very rich man who had a aircraft called the Blacknoah and had ties with the illegal weapon-dealing black market. He was also a very skilled fighter, and he also wanted to be the most powerful being in the world. So he heard about this 'Orochi' power and was travelling the world in search of it. So one day he tracked down a tremendous source of power being emitted from a remote island from the Blacknoah. He knew it was the Orochi power and hastily landed on the island. The source of the power was Leopold Goenitz, one of the Four Heavenly Gods(actually kings, but one of them was a woman so beh) of Orochi. He demanded Goenitz to hand over the power, to which Goenitz merely gouged Rugal's eye out. He expected Rugal to die, but Rugal had already honed his abilities beyond human boundaries, and he was good at anything he did and was highly educated, but at the same time very ruthless. Being impressed with Rugal, Goenitz granted him a portion of the Orochi power and his lost eye was shining with a red light of lust. Rugal, gaining inhumanly destructive power, began laughing. Goenitz, who wanted to test Rugal, had assigned Vice and Mature, two other beings of the Orochi bloodline to keep an eye on Rugal by becoming his secretaries. Rugal did not utilize his newfound power just yet. He wanted to show the world his power. Thus he held the King of Fighters '94 tournament as the host. He studied all the techniques of Geese and Krauser, the previous hosts, and tried his best to ensure that he didn't go wrong where his predecessors did. In the end, the victorious Japan team of Nikaido Benimaru, Kusanagi Kyo and Daimon Goro were to fight Rugal. At first, it was obvious that they were going to be toasted by Rugal easily. Benimaru and Daimon were easily defeated, and it was Kyo all alone. It was his last stand. He was losing badly as well. While fighting Rugal, he noticed a metallic statue of his father, Kusanagi Saishu/Saisyu. He demanded an explanation from Rugal, who told him that he makes metallic statues of his fallen opponents and his father was also a victim. Kyo, overcome with rage, burst out with his Kusanagi flames of fury. He used the Saishu Kessen Ougi "Mushiki" on Rugal which set him aflame. Rugal had lost...but he could not bear defeat. In a last attempt, he set off a self-destruct mechanism on the Blacknoah, where all of them were aboard. But in the last moment, the Japan team was saved by Heidern, whose eye was put out and family killed by Rugal, and his Ikari Squad of Ralf and Clark. Nothing was heard of Rugal until the next year. Like the last year, the previous contestants had received invites signed by a certain "R". Yes, R for Rugal! Rugal was alive! He had survived the self-destruction of his aircraft after utilizing the power he obtained from Goenitz, the Orochi power. He had also replaced his damaged arm with a cybernetic prosthetic arm. His body was flowing with his newfound power. It turned out that Rugal didn't really turn Saishu/Saisyu into a statue, rather he had defeated him when he challenged Rugal before the tournament and captivated him. This year, he had Saishu brainwashed by Vice, and made him his pawn. As fate had decided, the Japan team of last year arrived just in time to fight Saishu/Saisyu. It was Kyo who defeated his father, Saisyu/Saishu. Next they had to take on Rugal himself, who insisted that he was a God, and wanted to be called "Omega Rugal". He beat every member of the Japan team with much ease...but Kyo would not give up, he would not forgive Rugal for his sins. His flames were again lit and the fight was burning up. It was coming to a draw. But then all of a sudden, Rugal's power began to fade. Meanwhile, Kyo's father had made his escape from the Blacknoah. Kyo saw there was no point in fighting Rugal anymore as the Blacknoah was going to be destroyed. Kyo made his escape along with the Japan team, leaving Rugal. Suddenly, Rugal felt unbearable pain...his body was slowly starting to dissipate. While he completely disintegrated, Yagami Iori, he was half-Orochi, remarked that "only those of the bloodline can control such power". Rugal, cursing Iori, had already vanished and his airship was destroyed again. That was the last sight of Rugal.
He had left behind two of his children as orphans, Adelheid and Rose. Adelheid had to take care of both himself and his kid sister Rose. Both of them had sworn revenge against their father's killers(though no one exactly killed him beh).
Flash forward to the year 2003.
The King of Fighters 2003.
Adelheid eventually bought his own airship, the SkyNoah. He was sure to exact revenge. [Let's assume it was the Kyo, Iori and Chizuru team who got to him, okay?] Confronting his father's killers, he humbly welcomed them aboard the SkyNoah, along with his Kid sister, Rose. But Adelheid had lost ultimately, just like his father. But unlike his father, he was not a wicked soul. He did not opt to die, and take his father's killers with him. He believed that it was pointless to keep trying over and over to win. He then landed the SkyNoah and allowed the trio of Kyo, Iori and Chizuru to confront the new evil, Mukai.
Nothing else is known about Adelheid and his sister.

I WROTE THIS BY MYSELF, RIGHT NOW. PLEASE DO NOT PLAGIARISE, OK!?!!??
Thanks :multi_co:
A pat on the back would be appreciated :buttrock:
