Couldn't help myself it was so cheap, anyway what games are worth checking out on it? I'm just looking for some cheap thrills to try it out with first so nothing too obscure unless your sure it's worth it. Are language barriers common with this machine also?

I heard somewhere that you can use wonderswan b/w games on this console also, as well as any colour game?

The wonderswan crystal is a pretty cool system.

you can find some really good games if you make some efforts for the language.

The FF games are great (the scenario was not the main issue with the first ones so you can finish the game with a good faq).
The super robot taisen game are good too if you like tactical RPG (and If you make the effort to understand the main menus)
Guilty gear petit is fun also.
Most of the game are anime oriented so I hope you like this style.
The crystal can't play B/W games from what I know.

You should take a hardware faq from Game faqs to get all the info you want.

Golden axe is quite good on it also, much better than the Gba 1.

I'd like to know too, I read that games "look better" on the crystal than the colour but that's about it

The WS color has a FSTN screen, while the Swan Crystal uses a TFT screen which gives a better and not so reflecting display.

The design is different, but size is almost the same. Also, the Crystal is available in less colors.

Other than that, the two systems are identical.

Cheap and playable games that I recommend for this system:

One Piece Swan coloseum
Inu Yasha Fuun e maki
Kinnikuman DreamTag Match
Tekken card challenge (B&W)
Side Pocket (B&W)
Pocket Fighters (B&W)

I thought the SwanCrystal had a wider screen? I have a regular Color, myself, but I can't really advise about games because I hardly have any.
