PSP Value Pack + Ridge Racers for 325 shipped?

It -looks- good, but it's a brand spanking new Ebay account. Also, the seller just bought a PSP with 3 games for $800 on December 21st.

So where did then come up with all these systems so quickly? Why so cheap? Why no pictures of the systems "in hand"?

Hmmm...

Part of me is tempted to buy one with my credit card via Paypal and have the charge-back security if it's fraud.

Edit: Well, they were going fast so I bought one and paid with the CC so as to have some protection in case it's a scam. I read it carefully, etc. Just doesn't feel right, but great price if it's straight.

Anyone else here take a chance?

I bought 2. I sure hope this is real, or I will feel like a real idiot. I used my credit card so hopefully I have some security.

EDIT: I read the auction about 10 times over and over.

Going to resell one or double your chances of getting a good one? We'll have to keep in touch about the transactions.

They went really fast, no question!

I'm worried about the pixels and such but at least it wasn't $500 if there is a small defect. That helps... assuming it works out.

Kind of both. I got 2 as to make sure I have a perfect one with no dead pixels and etc and just sell the other.

I thought about that, and if I felt really good about the deal I would have done it. I was just afraid the deal would go south and I'd be in it times 2.

They'll keep dropping in price but I'm not sure how low they will go.

it must be a scam. All over the web the PSP value pack worths much more without the shipping and RR.

Retail price of a PSP in Japan is about $200, games $40. Maybe he got some direct? :smirk:

Looks really suspicious! It was smart to use a CC though! I will never buy through Pay Pal without a CC again! Good Luck and hope you receive them!

Well refunding money is a good sign.. and checking his feedback.. he sold something that was 230 dollars. So i mean it doesnt seem to bad

Yes if you get the system and game at that price then you get a "bargain" at todays prices, if you get your money back your none the worse, and if you dont then you just have a bit of hassle with paypal.. Well spotted if it does all work out :)

Tonk how much was your latest PSP inc shipping an whatever game you got?

Damn I was fooled, meh it doesn't take much to fool people into bleieve that'd you'd of bought another next gen handheld these days though.. :P madness.

Im thinking of buying a DS now and monitoring PSP prices for lower prices or just plain waiting because no doubt a shed load of PSP units will go faulty any day soon and I've seen about 50 ps2's to 1 faulty SP :)

www.geekstuff4u.com seems to have the regular PSP for $312 (229 euros) maybe worth a look for some of you.

Me still waiting till it comes out officially.

Good thing you were able to get your money back though! Sucks you lost out on such a great deal, but better to not be ripped off!
