Is it just me or has the Neostore seriously slowed down recently?

I know, I know, no more AES releases, but there hasn't been a sale there for a while.

Come on Shawn, how about a sale to spice things up a bit.

Too bad I have nearly all the "new and never been used" carts the Neo-Store has from KOF 2001 to SSVS. If a brand new Neo Geo system comes in I'm all for it.

Btw, even the the reply time has slowed down but then again it could be the holiday's.

Maybe, the following should be on sale to help move them out.

SVC Chaos
Matrimelee (thinking about this one)
KOF 2002
over a hundred pieces of these games still available.

FOR THOSE WHO STILL DON'T HAVE THE TITLES MENTIONED ABOVE BUY THEM UP THEY'RE WORTH YOUR BUCK.

Matrimelee is already cheap, but even cheaper would FORCE me to buy it. :D

Please Shawn, think of my wallet! DON'T DO IT!!! :loco:

I think purchases from tyhe Neo Store from here on in should go to my trader feedback rating. just a generic message and a +.

Why not? The Store subsidizes the site. Can't have a confict of interest IMO.

An SvC Chaos sale would be nice......

But I have bought several carts from the NeoStore in the past few weeks myself, so i'm sure he's selling his share of carts to people somewhere.

Yeah, 1/2 price KOF NeoWave! :buttrock:

Bleh
Just played that today for the first time and it's not even worth it at half the price.

As for as the topic at hand goes: what exaclry are you refering to? the lack of a sale or the lack of new stock?

I for one am wondering what happened to the NOS home carts systems and accessories that were supposed to be in during october.

You guys have to realize that the amount of NOS (and NOS that is desireable, moveable stuff) has probably shrunken signifigantly by now. Add that to the fact that people have begun to realize that they can just sell thier games on the open market instead of taking a huge loss by selling them to a neo specialist (this primarily aplies to sought after/rare/higher priced home carts.

I've always been interested in Matrimelee. Never played it before, but most people say it's a great game.

Sounds like a fine idea. A sale will be offered in the very near future.

Btw, KOF NeoWave is already being sold below cost and should be the lowest price offered from any USA based store.

I have made myself this comment when I browsed the neo store for the last time. The fact is that, for all the european members like me, the neo store was pretty useless since we could get everything from local stores without the high shipping price. It starts to get interesting since the euro is sky rocketting. No offense to the neo store, just facts.

i'd buy SVC:Chaos instantly when it's on discount :mr_t:

SVC is discounted already have you seen how much it cost originally? ;)

I am with Orpheus when it comes to waiting for the NOS systems and he did bring up a good point in selling to the open market.

Anyway, just how many more would still want to go out and buy SVC or any of the KOF's in the neo-store? I hope it's still a lot because with no more new releases they might become "Dead Stock" and to move them would be moving them at a lost. I think some of the carts are below "Landed cost" already.

I would not use the word "cheapskate" it's kinda negative I'd say "practical" sounds better right?

If there's an added discount, I'm gonna pick up KoF01' for sure. Although $150 new is a great price. I might pick up 02' as well.

$150 for a new game? I'd get Matrimelee for that price since I don't have that yet

I have checked some prices at the neo store and I was suprised to see how expensive the neoware kit is. 865$ when you can get at 740$ from coinopexpress. That's a HUGE difference!

Making business in videogames is to be prepared to endure crises for sure. Some days are up, some down. If the videogames' market was predictable at long range, everybody would have jumped into it. But that's not the case.

I think Shawn may limit the sale to items that are slow moving.
