has anyone else gotten at least one person they are SURE they never dealt with leaving them feedback? encouraging you to do the same? Incase I'm wrong and simply forgot about said person I ain't mentioning names but everyone I deal with normally goes in my sig...

It could just be a mistake. I would message them asking to verify the transaction.

For me, I had to edit my sig because I could not fit anymore people I have dealt with in it. So, some are not in it, but I left them feedback. Just hard to not be able to track back to 2002.
