Yep, Konami has released some pictures of the Castlevania game they are making for the DS.

The game is a sequel to Aria of Sorrow.

That's great news indeed. I'm impressed its a direct sequel of AOS, that it is 2D, and I'm shocked that the DS can actually still do 2D to begin with.

Too fucking bad the DS's buttons are too fucking tiny and recessed to do any kind of efficient human-device input with. :very_ang:

PSP version anybody? :help:

Dammit I want the map on the bottom screen. Because of the touch sensitive thing on it its kinda "fuzzy" looking. :(

When that game is out i ll be a DS owner.

System is for games, and until now no game attracted me on the DS... this one does

unless the game gets released on PSP too, but thats another story

Well it could be replaced by touches sequence (imagine the circle but instead of dots on the peripheral you have buttons and must press them the right order).

But i think you are right, i have the verry bad feeling that the PSP version of castlevania might be a PS2 port and that would be horrible (i dont like the PS2 game)
