I mostly use Jubei, Duck and Joe... IMO, Jubei is a monster vs CPU (and of yourse in 2P) on all diff settings. Cookies, s/j light kick, the super-prio low slide, the charge and command throws and his plane attacks... if you time it right, your attacks/throws will be almost impenetrable. If you land one of his jumping lk -> s/c lk (x2) -> charge -> throw cookie, followed by a slide, start charging, then c lk x2 -> f+P, start charging again and do a timed rushing throw - wham, 2/3 of your opp's energy is gone.
You'll have to do slightly more work against Geese, but Krauser is a piece of cake with his lame blitz balls and overall predictable attack patterns.
There was a nice thread with some Jubei/general FFS info (combos, etc.) in Gameplay... Spike, do you remember?
kern, are you referring to the guard break attack (f+A while blocking)?
Edit: rare, Bear vs Jubei (see above) is a bit of a problem since the old man is much quicker than him. Timing is essential. Try to dizzy him and then shoulder-charge him. Timed plane attacks can be helpful, but Jubei is a good plane attacker too so be careful. For a start, stick to punches and his command moves (f+C, B+C, etc.). Mind his slide (jump or shift planes + counter attack).
