When did the "Trader Ratings" get implemented?

Just wondering when the Trader Ratings got implemented onto the boards, cause I don't remember ever seeing them before. I'm asking so that I can give props {AGAIN} for those ppl in my sig thread for Awesome Sellers. Or is this a new edition that just popped up within the last 24 hours???

Had to have been less than a day ago.
Of course, getting PMs from people saying that it's an automated thing was really odd. And I imagine that some highly-dealt-with members here will be harder to get a hold of for it. (Like NBM. Either the automated things are hogging his PM box, or he just can't bring himself to delete a PM. I tried to get a hold of him--no dice.)
