Trader Rating in Selling Forum?

I may be a bit behind with all this but WTF is this "Trader Rating" and when did it start? I was just in the selling forum and noticed it below the sellers name.......

Hopefully they are actually listening to suggestions and implimenting it in the board.

It would save alot of time.
