What's your unibios setting?

I have only had my consolized 2-slot for about a week now and have left my unibios setting at USA-Console and don't see any reason to change it. However, I have only been playing sports titles, with the exception of Shock Troopers. What setting does everyobdy use?

I use English/Arcade. I never really use any of the practice mode stuff, and with the English/Arcade setting the game play in English, and display the blood/bouncy mode without me having to do any tricks before playing.

I sometimes switch language to Spanish also, just to laugh for a while...
