Robert Garcia would be played by Steven Seagal

I think Bruce Campbell would play Robert. If you look at Robert's victory picture in KOF 2002, everytime I see it I can't help but be reminded of Campbell.

Robert was CLEARLY based on Seagal if you look at his first appearance in AOF it's far too obvious.
