Does the analog stick on your PSP "rotate"?

Just a tiny bit to either the left or right if you turn it in that direction?

I don't remember, but maybe...

Grab the disc with your pointer and thumb and twist it...

Does it give a little to the left or right? (clock, counter clock)

Its not hard to look for, I hope I get a response in a little bit...

Just checked, never really noticed...

Very Slightly, not substantially...
