Depends on what game.

Iori is the only one I tend to use though. Starting to finaly use Terry more lately thanks to SvC.

Terry is pretty balanced to me.

Iori has the touch, always a true fighter, but I'm not used to perform Iori combos.

Terry takes my vote since I don't like Kyo.

Terry all the way, baby!! :buttrock:
Terry has a crescent kick, the Crack Shoot is it's name I believe, the one where he says "Kick back!" when he does it. And that alone is enough for him to conquer others, except experienced players of Kim, Ralf, Clark, etc.
And besides:
KOF2k3 - Terry all the way :P

I use Iori Yagami mostly as he's got style. Plus I like his fighting style.
Kyo Kusanagi is great to use with bosses. He's got alot of distance moves that help me alot.
Terry Bogard I never use him at all, unless in MOTW where he's my beater of ass.

Terry is overall the most balanced of the 3. In KOF 2002, he was a monster. I use to play Iori all the time around when I got CvS1 and KOF '99, but eventually he was just too easy to use. I use Kyo most of the time these days. I think he has a bit of a learning curve compared to Terry and Iori. When you finally can learn him, he also has more tricks then the other 2 as well.

At the moment it's Iori for me as I've just mastered his Saika follow up in SvC and it just looks too cool! :glee:

I won't even vote since they're in about a billion games each. Terry's a badass with his "dp rising tackle" as Jindo said. Iori's pretty much a badass in every game he's in, and Kyo is hit or miss. Some games he's increidble, and others I feel he's weak (Capcom vs SNK for instance, I thought he sucked).

If Ihad to pick just one, based on all the games? Oh what the hell, Iori.

Kyo because unlike the other two, he ditched his projectile for some actually "useful" specials.

Gotta go with Terry. He has always been one of my favorite characters. Iori is pretty cool, but I'm not a huge Kyo fan.

I'm not much of a Kyo fan until 2000-2003. Always liked Iori from '95 onwards. And echoing others in this thread, 98 Terry is an absolute monster.

Iori with all certanty. Love his manic style, supers, and malicous tone. His Orochi version is just simply insane.

Kyo is fun to use sparsely.

This may be blasphemous, but I find Terry one of the most boring, lame, and uneffective characters to use (with inverted exception to this MOTW version, which is one of my favorites).

Just out of curiosity but why are you posting pratically the same thing twice in the same topic?

Iori. In 2003 he's especially cool. I love his LDM, it looks so damn pimp. Best LDM in the game looks wise imo.

Iori in my opinion. For the most part everything was balanced in '95, all that changed in KOF '96. My man Yagami was a power house, Terry was sugglish and his cpu A.I was not as responsive and Kyo paled in comparison to Iori. KOF '97 Orochi Iori says it all... Kyo has an infinite that year and I believe Terry got a much needed overhaul. KOF '98 was Kyo's year... they toned down Iori (he was no where near as strong). Terry was better than and more responsive than his '96 counter-part but not as good as he was in '97, not counting his KOF '98 RBFF2 version. In KOF Terry Bogard has always been overrated (including the rivalry between he & Geese. The animosity seems to run deeper between Kyo and Iori). Anyway, in '98 I think alot of Kyo's techniques had priority.

I voted, Iori but I'm a Kyo Kusanagi Fan too... KOF 98, 2K1 & 2K3! :very_ang: BURN!

I would have to be Terry. The Garou: MOTW one is simply a beast. I have never had as much joy playing with him. In every game he is in, I pretty much choose him.
