Neo Geo Freak Help! :(

Right guys I won a game on ebay before I looked closely at the back and saw the good old weblink to www.neogeofreak.com. This scared me somewhat as I've heard nothing but bad things about them.

The question I have is:

Is the game worth buying still?

The item link is here: Last Resort

It will cost me a total of $83 inc postage.. is that resonable for the freaked version whats bad etc etc.

Help me out guys! If I noticed sooner I wouldnt have bid, until I saw he was selling a "UK Blazing Star" I started to wonder...

Let me know as soon as you can people..

(Comes with US DT Label and Instructions but has sticker on side of cart saying distibuted by NGF etc)

That's Freaked to hell, don't buy it...

You'd probably receive said item, but as TonK said... it'd be utterly worthless.

Forget you ever saw it ( that freaked version). Last Resort is a great game though, well worth owning. I paid $110 shipped for my copy, so it's not an extremely pricey title to get ahold of.

yeah, the insert is all wrong. I bought a JAP copy, which has far better artwork for $100 around 6 months ago. Go for the jap version, its far better looking and wont cost you much more than that freaked thing will.

Don't buy it. He said in his description "original box". You could argue that the insert is part of the box and it ain't original.

So I dont think its going anywhere, Im a collector and Im not going to but non-original stuff when Im looking for the real thing.

The seller probably doesn't know what's going on as he/she doesn't appear to be a Neo-geo trader (from completed and current auctions) so is unlikely to care about the NGF issues.

You'll get negative feedback I expect if you bail, or a NGF item if you do the deal..... classic lose-lose situation.

If he mails you and asks you to pay his listing fees,, just do it and you will get a positive feedback.

And if he mails you with anything else than that, send it to me.

In re: to the "Last Resort" auction on ebay. Sir, you have listed a copy of the title "Last Resort" with a photocopied insert. Since I work for SNK-USA and I'm the closest to you, can we set up a meeting where I can provide prrof that this game is in fact a counterfeit item. There was a trial by SNK-Playmore vs. NeoGeoFreak, the company listed on the back of the game. If you want to pursue this further I can contact Safe Harbor and we can get a claim going. My international client has agreed to pay your listing fees for said item. Feedback will be left for both parties in a positive manner. If you do not agree to this please contact me ASAP. Shit thats nothing! At least your seller had scans of the
actual freaked cart in the listing. My experience was a
seller who had pics of a legit Top Hunter AES and sends
me a shitty freaked one with a completely different
insert than the one pictured. By the way that fuckers
ebay name is "neoloco" stay the fuck away from him!
