What is your favourite king of fighters game and why?

Hey everyone I am just wanting to know what is your favourite king of fighters game. And I say that king of fighters maximum impact is my favourite because its 3d and the characters look a lot better. And I do hope that it will come to the xbox,more likely anyway

king of fighters 96. It has the snk boss team. The gameplay graphics and sound seem way improved over 95. Also because of the following advantages over other kofs
KOF 94: Dosent even have Team edit
KOF 95: less characters
KOF 97: dosent have win quotes;bad music;
KOF 98: no storyline
KOF 99:striker system;overall huge stepdown from 98
KOF 00:feel exactly like 99
KOF 01:ugly Artwork
KOF 02:lack of originality and story
KOF 03:Terry's look
KOF NW:about the same as 02
KOF MI: bad english voices;weak cast

i like The King of Fighters 2003 because it is best and beautiful
