My question is: the NGPC was ever sold like this, even in it last years, in a blister pack, with lots of carts, like a Game.com?

Someone can confirm it?

I believe that is Just the Carbon Fiber model, and not totally black, its just that covering...

and yes that exact system/setup used/is sold at Electronics Boutiques in the United States with 6 Loose games for something like 60$ US.

Yep, that's exactly how my NGPC came. They let me have it for $50, said it's been in there collecting dust for several months.

They were never originally sold like that by SNK, I believe; those packs were made as a way to dispose of unsold stock some time after the system was withdrawn. I have seen quite a few of them around.
