Question on Run and Gun

I know Run and Gun in the arcade runs on 2 cabs. What if you run it on a supergun? I have a supergun and am thinking of getting this game. Thanks.

it has a mode for single cab play,... That's the way most people would run it.

It will run on single screen mode, but only 2 player, not 4 player.
