err... that s not news, it s written on the game site since ages, on the page of graphics upgrade, it s written on the bottom that the game has the original version too (i did translate it some time ago in a rebout thread)
Anyway it a good point for the game as it is the first '94 port (considering the game price on neogeo it is not a strong selling point but for people without one it might be)

Yep, old news but GOOD news.
I wasn't expectin' much from SNK ports for PS2... Then I saw KOF 2003
and I completely changed my mind. Most impressive thing are load times.
If KOF 94 port is as good as KOF 2003, I'll buy it for sure.

KoF'94 blew my fucking mind when it came out, and the BGs, music, and overall feel are still incredible. Yeah, Team Edit is a bit missed, but I'll take vintage SNK at their absolute prime over all the bullshit installments since '98. Fuck your androgenous fairies and sci-fi bullshit characters. OG '94-98 KoF still rules the roost.
This is a tempting import release for me, now that I know the original's in it.
