changing the thread title would be a good start.
scammers come and go through here all the time, but I doubt shawn is one of them. never had anything but professional deals with his store.

Title Change ? ? ? ?

I will change the title when one of 2 things happen:

1) I get my Paypal payment....

2) I get my product back in the condition it was shipped.

This is total crap when someone has "Your" system & games
and says he will do something and doesn't do it.

If someone will help out and get this resovled I will be more than willing
to pull this thread.

Right now this is the only way to get Shawn to act on this matter.
I've been trying for 2 weeks and have yet to see a close on the matter.

I've bought & sold with Shawn before and had awesome experiences every time. It's not an excuse, but it is the holidays and that's one of the busiest times of the year for retailers.

NeoStore isn't Amazon, so a delay this time of year would be ok IMO. 2 weeks is a long time with no communication, did you discuss the transaction process before you sent the items in? How long did he tell you it would take?

Yelling, screaming, and calling somone a scammer is not a wise way to get money from them. There's better ways of solving problems than bitching someone out...

Well, I've had nothing but excellent transactions with Shawn, but I have had bad transactions with so called 'miracle sellers', so I can definitely sympathize with you.

I've never had any trouble what-so-ever with Shawn and the Neostore...as a matter of a fact I just bought a KOF2k1 AES cart from him last week and recieved it two days later in the mail. My guess would be like others here have said..the holidays can screw things up big time for small retailers like the Neostore.

I don't think that using Shawn's own forums to badmouth him and his store is the best way to resolve anything. All your going to accomplish is pissing alot of people off here. Good luck with that man.....

I realize that I will get bitched at by everyone in this forum, because Shawn comes through for alot of people. I have bought and sold to him a few times without a problem as well.

But in this case:
I have e-mail him at least 5 times and he has replied only twice in return. The second time he said he would Paypal me by the end of that day. (12/12/04)
It didn't happen. It has been a week since then with no reply.

Timeline:
I emailed him first for a quote.
He responded with an amount.
I shipped it to him.
He confirmed he received it.
Here I sit 2 weeks later with nothing.

This is hard for someone to do, but what other choice do I have.
Sit here and do nothing.

Paypal me $50 and I'll contact Shawn for you. If he doesnt send you the money within 1 day of my email, I will contact him again. If 2 days pass and still no payment, again I will contact him (I will work for you!). If 3 days pass - I'll PM him AND email him!

Christmas Break (I wont do anything for you on Christmas)

Dec 26th - back to work! (you'll have to renew the contract though for only $5)

XMAS time sucks for transactions overall. Give the dude some time. I've spent $1,000 + with NeoStore between May 2002 up to the present, and even had an odd occurance {I'm not going into it} with an order once... and you know what? Shawn came through, fuckin' GANGSTA! The dude isn't about to dick anyone over, it wouldn't make sense to tarnish the reputation Neo Store has had in the past, just to piss one guy off.

I realize 2 weeks can be a long time, but he'll come through dawg, so just chill. But with your attitude, {such as an inflamatory thread like this} he might just make you wait another week or so. When doing business it's best to stay professional... THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.
