JAP King of Fighters contents

Hey guys,

Right Im just wanting to know the completeness of JAP King of Fighters games, Basically say with '99 the game is complete with Cart, Case, Manual, Phone Card and the little Registration Card for the game and baggies etc.

My copy of '98 has the registration card but my copy of '97 doesn't?

So I'd like to see a list of how the most complete versions of the game would be.

Like so:

King of Fighters '94 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy (Reg Card?)
King of Fighters '95 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy (Reg Card?)
King of Fighters '96 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy (Reg Card?)
King of Fighters '97 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy (Reg Card?)
King of Fighters '98 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy, Art Book with Baggy, Reg Card
King of Fighters '99 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy, Phone Card with sleve and Envelope, Reg Card
King of Fighters '00 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy, Phone Card with sleve, Reg Card
King of Fighters '01 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy, Phone Card with sleve, Reg Card
King of Fighters '02 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy, Phone Card with sleve, Reg Card
King of Fighters '03 - Case, Cart and Manual with Baggy, Phone Card with sleve, Reg Card

So if you can update or correct that list so I can see what a fully fully complete copy of the game would be then that'd be cool
