help with getting super gun??!!

hi people im new so dont yell at me if i put this in the wrong section...i was hopin yall could help tell me whats the best super gun to buy and when i do buy one do i need to get ne thing with it besides games(i know that already..)like a neo geo slot board or sumptin or does it come with the neo geo player?? plz help thx...
