What do you make of this PSP auction?

$350 shipped. But picture and title says its a value pack, he only lists the standard pack, and there is something strange about how he puts in bold to read before bidding, and that "THIS IS A LIST". WTF does that mean? I've debated for a hour now whether or not to BIN, but with the sketchy description, low feedback and he's a first time seller makes me feel like this is a scam...He had 3 of these listed, one has been sold to a newbie. Think I'll pass...Don't feel like losing $350, no PayPal buyer protection here either since he has such low feedback. :(

Ok. Now he's down to 1 left...I hope these people aren't getting ripped...I have a feeling though this seller is not legit...You know what they say..."Always stick with your first instinct"... ;)

Looks pretty frikkin fishy if you ask me Snoop. I wouldn't have bid on it.

I didn't notice the category it was listed in...Whew...I'm glad I didn't give it a chance...Looks like 3 people just paid $350 for a friggin list... :oh_no: This guy needs to be booted from eBay for this shady crap...I should try emailing these 3 bidders and have them start trying to chargeback there payments...Alot of good it'll do though. PayPal's policy realy is worthless. They'll claim the refund policy applies to tangible items only, and this auction is not for tangible items, even though it is listed in a way to rip prople off...He has some phone auctions that are doen the same way also. :oh_no:

I emailed these 3 auction winners alerting them to their obvious mistake. Hopefully they can get their money back; However, I kinda doubt they will have much luck in doing so. Anyways, I've done my good deed of the day. These kind of ebay fucks make me sick.

Yeah, I saw how he got his first 5 feedbacks. Definately only trying to increase it any way he can and without really buying anything at all...Hopefully he'll get the boot...I feel sorry for those other 3 people who think they are getting a PSP for $350 shipped. :oh_no:

I got an email back from one of the buyers, and he doesn't believe it's a scam. He said the auction listed the item contents and it looks legit to him, irregardless of the fact that it was lited in the Category of informational documents. Oh well, I tried to help him out. He'll find out soon enough I guess... :oh_no:

I emailed that guy and asked him if this was a info auction or a actual psp, he has not responded.

I saw this auction and was like this is too good to be true. So knowing the forums I came here and it was confirmed. This is an obvious scam.

It looks like someone else just lost 350. What is Ebay going to do about these assholes?

He's already "sold" 11 and right now he has 6 more... all his feedback is from the last few days for buying 0.01$ information...

Let's see how long it takes when the first people who paid receive their "item" to start complaining...

I reported him to ebay too, I hope they close his auctions and kill his account before things go to worse.
