What does J. Maxx say in World Heroes 2?

Just wondering if someone could answer a question that has plagued me since
I played the game in a local bowling alley in like 1993. What does J. Maxx (the football player) say when he throws the football?

I can understand when he says "touchdown" but the other words sound like he says "almond shot :make_fac: " any help would relieve countless sleepless nights for the last 12 years.

I just took a look in the manual and his QCF + A is called "Pigskin Thunder Shot".

I don't know whether or not that's what he says in game though.

Despite never thinking about it much it always sounded like "armoured shot" to me. I long ago gave up questioning whether or not what they yell out makes any sense.
