Any owners of Metal Slug X...

I have a question about Metal Slug X....

I recently bought a copy of what was (supposed) to be a US version, while fucking around in the options and how to play stuff I noticed it was all Japanese text, then after paying more attention and looking at screenshots it seems like a Jap version of the game in an english case. Can any owners of a *real* US version confirm this?

Check the selected language of your console, then check your console to whether you really have a US console.

That's all that is could be.

My console is an older Jap version, not sure if the console by itself has anything to do with it, but there is no options to change the text to english like in other Jap games.....Im really not sure

Here's the formula. If you have a...

Japanese System = Japanese text even on a English Game

American System= English text even on a Japnese Game

Be happy, you have a rare game, you have an American Metal Slug X.

Edit: I have a Jap system and a US MSX and speak from experience here.
