Help Adjusting Monitor

I just got a 2-slot MVS dedicated cab that works great but the picture on the monitor has a black border on the top and bottom of about an inch and a half. The image is squeezed, not cropped, so I'm assuming I just need to adjust the monitor to vertically fill out the screen. Of course the problem is I don't know how to do this or what I should do exactly.

If anyone can help out I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks

I'm not sure what type of monotor you have..

You should have a small monitor adjustment pcb located under the control panel or attached to one of the sides inside the cab..It's bolted tto the wood and will have wires running up to the monitor.
One of those pots/knobs should adjust the screen size...

I'm not sure if your monitor adjustment pcb will have that particular adjustment pot.(?)
It may be on the back of the monitor.

Don't touch anything in the back of the monitor without further instructions though..

It's also possible the monitor needs a cap kit. An image that is starting to squish in like that is a classic problem caused by the caps starting to fail. Definitely give Chris1's suggestion a try first, but if that doesn't work, I'd be pretty sure it'd need a cap kit.
