I haven't seen one in a store in a couple of weeks and when I did it was sheer luck. None are available where I'm at and stores are telling folks that it will be January before they will be on their shelves.

What about Europeans like me? The DS won't be available here til 2005, and with the current exchange rate (1€=1.32$) it sure would be a great deal. And I bet it will cost 150€ when it is released here :oh_no:

Well a lot of things depends on where you go. In larger areas like LA or New York I'm sure you can find them readily avaliable. Here I haven't been able to find a system since launch. Luckily I got mine then. People have been calling into stores looking for systems and coming up with nothing. So I imagine location plays a bit part of it.
