I noticed that most of you guys(well judging from the collections pic) use a Sony Wega system as your Tv of choice. Right now I use a Philips TV but after going to a friends house to hook up my S-Vid Neo, I noticed that Sony had a darker tint "effect" plus signs of the rainbow in Hanzo's arm is seen(Also had that with the Philips). Any suggestions on how to adjust the Sony Tv to get a good balance.(Note: I never had a Sony before and I plan to get a 21inch FD Trinitron WEGA)

The rainbow effect on Hanzo's arm has much more to do with what type of connection you'll be hooking your Neo up with than it does with the TV you'll be using. The factory settings on the Wega should be fine, just make sure you hook your Neo up through S-vid.

He already said he was using S-video.

I don't see any of the rainbow effect with my console, which I modded myself, and I've played it on a 24" Wega, a 27" Wega, and a 40" Wega XBR... try adjusting the Velocity Modulation setting, that may help. I believe the Neo looks best with the "Low" setting.

I've noticed the rainbow effect on my Sony HDTV and that was also using S-video on my late model Neo. Once I did the RGB fix and hooked it up that way, the picture was perfect.

I'd say you have a later model Neo. You shouldn't get the rainbow on an early model.
