MV1-FS Picture problems

I can't figure it out- my one-slot MVS board (MV1-FS) is having issues with the picture. It gets "wavy" almost 100% of the time that it's powered on. It's not like interference on a tv signal, but just that all the lines on the screen seem to move, if that makes sense at all to explain "wavy." The speed of the waves varies but they never go away completely.

I tried using a q-tip to clean off the JAMMA connector and the all the cart connectors (I'm real good with terminology), but no improvements.

Any suggestions?

And to clarify- I run it through a supergun, but I know the sg isn't the problem, since my Atomiswave runs perfect on it.

My poke at an answer:

...It would be with the Power supply not putting out enough voltage for that board.
It may need to be raised...may even be to high.

Does the wavyness corrospond to sound changes?

Make sure the board is switched to stereo if using stereo connection...

If mono, only use the left audio connector.

I wondered about that at first, too, but the switch is set to stereo (the connection is stereo), and there doesn't appear to be any correlation between wavyness and sound. I will try switching over to mono and unplugging the right audio connector just to see what happens, though.

I'll also try changing the elevation just a tad. The problems only started after I started using the SG for my Atomiswave, and that does require me to put a magazine under the SG, so maybe it's not lined up as well (with the MVS) anymore (without the magazine, of course) and it's pulling on the connectors or something.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Okay, I figured it out- after I moved, I hooked up the sg directly to my tv instead of my system selector. I switched from s-video to regular video in, and that screwed it up. Put it back on s-video, viola, no more problems! :D
