Problem with Neo-Store?

I ordered a new shockbox on the 8th and I paid with paypal.

I logged in today, and it still says the funds are unclaimed. Is there some problem?

Most likely you sent it to the wrong PayPal address. Then the NeoStore would not have received it and no shockbox fo' you. "Unclaimed" usually (as in 99% of the time) means that you put the wrong address in. Like ".com" instead of ".net" or "noestore.com" instead of "neostore.com"

Just for kicks.... do you have a confirmed address?

That can make things "unconfirmed" until he accepts your payment.

You may or may not have a confirmed address... but its always GREAT to have one (just in case you don't.)

Rest assured that all will work out. Shawn is a stand-up guy- I ordered a new MVS kit SvC: Chaos from him, and it didn't show up in two weeks. I e-mailed him back, and he checked his records, realized it had slipped through the cracks, and shipped it out with an EMS upgrade free of charge.
