Anyone else think waku waku 7 is one of the best games on the system?

I think most people have never played it so it doesn't get much attention. I think this MIGHT be my 2nd favorite fighting game on the system, right behind last blade. Yes, I think i MAY like it more than all the samurai showdowns and mark of the wolves. I am not sure about this yet, but one thing i am sure of is that every time i play this game i enjoy it more and more.

Great graphics, exellent music, nice combo system, lots of moves for every character, i actually like every character, the ability to bounce off walls and quick get up attacks are a nice original twist to the game. I really can't think of one thing I don't like about this game. Nothing but love here.

What are your thoughts on this masterpiece?

One of the reasons I still have an AES.

Waku Waku 7 is definitly one of the best fighters on the neo, and one of the most fun games period! Always makes me smile... I mean what other game allows you to beat the crap out of your opponent with a huge fluffy rabbit??!!! :tickled: :tickled:

It's a beautiful game, but it gets boring faster than most other games.

The incredibly small roster could be the blame for that.

My thoughts exactly, fun for a little bit but you forget about it after that.

Waku Waku is one of my personal fav's on Neo, its got something alot of the other fighters seem to lack...personality. A small roster..but a very cool roster of oddball characters, and the graphics are just the right amount of sugary colors and good animations to keep the game looking good all these years later.

Its not the deepest game on the Neo but its sure fun as hell for a quick game with friends. Is it better than MOTW or SS? Not in my opinion but I rank it in the same class as games like Matrimelee, good insane fun without much thought. It gets alot of play on my Saturn, unfortunatly I haven't gotten it yet on the AES.

I love WW7, and WW7 loves me. I currently only have the Saturn port, but will get it for my MVS as soon as I find one for a good price.
