I'm trying to turn on my candy cab for the first time but when I plug in the socket and turn on the orange switch at the back nothing happens. What could I be doing wrong?

Could it be that because it is a Japanese Candy the socket is 220v and here in the US we only have 110v or could it be something else?

Did you open up the front panel...There may/should be a switch in there.
It would be near the top after opening this front door panel..

There also maybe a fuse near this switch....

Where did you buy/get the Cab..?

This one then...

Did you buy this from Arcade Infinity..?
The cabs they sell come set-up US..
.......................................................
Same as above with the switch being in the front panel..
Some of these cabs have two switches..one on the front and one on the back.

It's 100v in Japan so that can't be the problem. Check if there is a blown fuse on one of the AC lines that go to the power supply.

OK, I know about the switch in the back but not the front. Where do I find this? I opened up the door where the JAMMA PCB goes. Is that where the front switch is? Where exactly?

I just found the front switch and turned on the cab but it just shows a blue screen even when the JAMMA pcb is plugged in. What's going on?

As you open that door it would be right there to the top right ,right near that front door..towards the front.

If this cab comes set-up like that.

EDITED: Yeah, I just turned it on like I said on my last post. But now it just shows a blue screen as the JAMMA pcb is plugged in.
