The last time I moved my Tekken 3 cab I knocked off a green ground wire that I suspect from it's length it came off near the back of the monitor.
That's where I remember seeing it..I'm just not sure where it goes now.
While messing with it.. it came off of where it was connected at either the bottom of the cab near the power supply or PCB.
I can't tell where it goes now..either end.
I just can't figure out where this wire was connected.....I looked several times.
Does it connect to the monitor frame or somewhere on the monitor chassis...?
Do I put the other end to the Ground on the power supply of the housing...On which this is an open/non housed power supply...It's all on a metal base though.
There are no screws like on standard power supplies to screw anything to.
What I'm getting is a slight line the flows up when the monitor is on..
It's very faint but I notice it...I figure it has to be this ground wire since it started after I knocked it off.
Is it ok to just run a wire to the monitor frame back down to the base of the power supply.?
