i was recently given a 'kof 03' Neo Geo Rom. I need to know what emulator I should use to play it, which version to download etc.

i would really appreciate some help.

PC emulation is not something that's tolerated around here, come back when you get a modded X-Box.

why is it these threads never get old? I anxiously await for someone to wander in here and ask stupid questions about a ROM and watch them promptly get directed to one of the 2 best emulation sites. Those being the lemonparty and -gulp- the goat....thing....which is horrifying to say the least. But still funny to see others falling into a trap. good times....
