Looking for Neo-Geo arcade button layout template

Anyways.....

I'm looking for a Neo-Geo arcade button layout template. I'm not sure if there is variations, but it's the layout with the A (red) button that is a bit lower then the BCD buttons, and the BCD buttons are slightly curved (like the MVS-1-25 pictured here ). I've been searching the bowels of the forum for a while and only get dead links when I find something promising that is off site. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
