I have a UMK3 board it comes up with a sound problem in U1. Did this PCB have its own sound or did it have a sound board?

It might just be dirty try getting some of the dust off and wipe off the jamma connector with an eraser (sounds crazy but it works) or the volume knob might just be turned down. When I bought my UMK3 board it supposedly had no sound but when I plugged it into my cab it worked fine.

Can you look on the PCB and see what the markings on U1 show? I don't think U1 is a ROM location on Wolf Unit PCB's, so it might be a RAM or possible the ADSP2105...
